COMPRESSION = FIRMNESS Compression (not density) is what determines firmness. If you don’t want a cushion that’s hard as a rock or a mattress that sinks when you sit on it, you have to check the compression or ILD number. Compression means the number of pounds necessary to compress a piece of foam 25% and still bounce back to the original thickness. For example, a 4″ thick piece of foam that requires 45 lbs. to pack it down 1″ and have it return to its full 4″ thickness has a 45 lb. compression rating or ILD -Indention Load Deflection.

: Ideal for oval and round poker tables, furniture cushions, boat cushions, car cushions, foam mattresses, bedding support, and all other home and commercial upholstery applications.
FOAM PACKAGES NEED TO BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE PACKAGE. DO NOT LET THE FOAM SIT UNOPENED FOR MORE THAN 1 WEEK!DO NOT OPEN WITH A BOX CUTTER! USE A BALL POINT PEN OR A PENCIL. START BY MAKING A LITTLE INCISION AND BREAK IT FROM THERE.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE
When you file for a RETURN REQUEST, please take note of the following:

Send us a message telling the reason for the
return of goods. We will be happy to exchange your returned items, for VALID
reasons, to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If the item being
returned is damaged or defective, please send us a message WITH picture
verification IMMEDIATELY. Otherwise, we won’t be able to process an exchange.

We offer prepaid return labels when the reason
for return is one of the following:

Claims

To remove creases that may have been obtained from the packaging,
please remove the item from packaging as soon as possible and let it breath for
24-48 hours to return to original shape/size. For rugs, roll the rug tightly
and leave it for a few hours to remove any folding lines that may have formed
during transit.
