BLUM Compact 33, Hinge Mounting plates, 1/4" Overlay, to 1-5/8" Overlay

Blum Hinge Plates for use with the Compact 33 Series Hinge. Sold by the each
– Zinc die-cast, nickel-plated
– Attaches with #6 x 5/8″ wood screws (606N or 606P)
– Overlays from 1/4″ to 1-5/8″
Some people say that the hinge does all the work, yea…but the plate is what puts the door in the right location on your cabinets to make them look good.

BLUM hinge plates are only interchangeable with BLUM hinges, and in a few minutes time, with a screw driver you can replace a damaged plate or change the overlay of existing doors.
If you are replacing an existing plate, look on the inside of the plate for a casting number, it will probably start with 130.1XXX. That number has not changed over the years (with the exception of a couple of wrap around ones that they quit making years ago) and order the one you need.
If you are replacing a really old plate and have a number that you cant find, refer to the “old mounting plate reference chart” from my 1992 BLUM book. If the number starts with 130.2XXX, that is an old plate and it will show you the replacement / equivalent.
TIP,
If you have a cabinet door that is not closing properly, take a screw driver and separate the hinge from the plate and see which hinge is broken. There is a little plastic thing inside that breaks (after about fifteen years) and prevents the hinge from “snapping closed”. Replace this hinge. You do not need to replace the plate if it’s not broken.
