period after the customer receives the item.  Once the return has been
accepted the customer has 5 days to ship the item back.  The item needs to
be shipped in the same condition as it was received.  When we receive the
item and after it has been inspected for returned, a refund will be
granted.  All refunds will be through eBay using the same PayPal account
payment was received.  All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee
and all buyers will be responsible for cost of shipping no
exceptions.
